Very reasonable priced for an "as is" sale. Yes there is some work to do but you have a great house to work with to make it into your dream home. Very spacious with a large eat-in kitchen. You even have off street parking in your driveway. Why not take a peek to see if this will work for you! The Price is Right!!!
