Donna Richardson

Welcome to my webpage!  My name is Donna Richardson and I am the broker/owner of RE/MAX Main St. Realty in Moorestown, NJ.  If you are ready to talk real estate you have come to the right place!  However, first get to know Donna the Realtor, and Donna the everyday person.

GREAT NEWS!  I am  a licensed broker in the state of PENNSYLVANIA (AND NJ), so if you are considering both NEW JERSEY and PA, or just one OR the other I can do both!!

I have been in the real estate business for 25 years.  I am very involved in my field of work, and in the community.  I graduated from the Real Estate Institute of New Jersey, and the Brokers Licensing Program.  I am a Certified Residential Specialist, an Accredited Buyers Representative, and a Distressed Property Expert.  In addition to my education and certifications I hold membership in the National Association of Realtors, the Burlington/Camden County Association of Realtors, and the Montgomery County Board of Realtors.  My additional accolades include serving on the Board of Directors for the Trend Multiple Listing System (MLS), being a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and the Employee Relocation Council.  In my spare time I volunteered with the Moorestown Rotary Club as the past President,  have sat on the board for the Fee Arbitration Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and currently serve on the TREND MLS Board of Directors.

These past few years in the real estate world we have seen many drastic changes, crashes, and ups and downs in the market.  However, I have never waivered from my business model of honesty, integrity, and hard work. I truly believe that 2017  is going to follow suit with 2016 and be another great year for the real estate world! Myself, and my company where I am the broker/owner, RE/MAX Main St. Realty have not only stayed constant in a down market, but we have risen, and even grown our business despite adversity.  That is why I am the logical choice to assist you with any, and all real estate needs.  I do not run at the mention of hard work, or adversity, I believe in problem solving, and working hard until the end goal is reached.  However, I strive to not have to problem solve, and make every transaction as effortless, and pleasant for my clients as possible.

When I am not hard at work as a Realtor, I enjoy spending time with my family.  My husband is a Chief of Police, I have 6 children, and 11 grandchildren.  I also love being active by running, playing the Wii Fit, biking, and practicing yoga.  Feel free to browse around my site and contact me for any reason.  Also, please be sure to check out my testimonial page (click on profile and then testimonials) for references from past and present clients, and "my blog" for up to date real estate information, and some fun articles as well!  Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to working with you in 2017! It is going to be the best year yet!
